  • Pre-development planning, master planning and analysis: After completion of the feasibility and market studies, Dobbins will direct revisions to the project master plan, prepare budgets and create financial proformas based on the strategy for the project as approved by the Owner.

Development Consulting:

We provide real estate development consulting services to property owners. As your consultant, we take the lead to provide advisory services and management oversight to the development process, coordinate the scheduling of the work of design and construction professionals and serve as a central communication point. In doing so, we help facilitate the owner’s process of making decisions about the project.

These tasks may include:

  • Assist in coordinating the work of architects and engineers in the preparation of development program and project plans

  • Coordinate market and needs analysis

  • Identify, evaluate and assist Owner with negotiating property acquisition or disposition

  • Prepare capital and operating cost budgets for Owner’s approval
